REFUND POLICY

POLICY 1:

If written notice of withdrawal from any Training is received WITHIN 15 days of registration, 100% of your payment will be refunded in full, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit.

1. If payment was received by credit card, either through PayPal or Stripe, the refund will be made in the full amount, minus the service fees of those specific payment options (PayPal or Stripe).

POLICY 2:

If written notice of withdrawal from any Training is received AFTER 15 days of registration, no refund will be given. However, 100% of the tuition received will be credited towards any future Training date of your choice.

1. Deferral to any future training accepted.

2. Credit expires after two years.

3. Credit can be transferred over to other trainings.

POLICY 3:

In the event of a natural disaster, global and/or local health concern, health matter on the facilitators behalf, or a health matter on the facilitating teacher’s behalf, prior to or during a Training, 100% of the tuition received will be credited.

1. New deposit is not required.

2. Deferral to future trainings 100% accepted.

3. Credit expires after two years.

POLICY 4:

In the event you are under the influence or if expressing rude, dishonour, or aggressive behaviour that results in other training participants feeling threatened or unsafe, your attendance in our Training will be terminated with no credit.

1. Zero tolerance for any behaviour that is political, social, racist, homophobic, heterophobic, or predatory.

2. Zero tolerance for the use of illicit substances & ceremonial substance of any kind during this training.

3. Zero tolerance for dishonour towards the tradition.

POLICY 5:

We do not issue refunds or credits after the training start date.

1. If you complete part of a training with us and do not wish to complete it fully, for any reason, we do not offer refunds or partial credits.

2. If you are registered for a training with us, and do not show up for the training, we do not offer refunds or partial credits.
