Let the records go unkept

Learn to be good to people. Sow the seeds of support without worry of receiving any credit. Let the records be kept elsewhere.

•every act of kindness you sow.

•every time you’re good to somebody.

•every encouraging word.

•all the times you went out of your way.

Living in the “Thank You,” keeps your eye on all the good things that keep you feeling good, doing good and being good. You’ve just got to learn to let the records of everything that has happened or is happening, be kept elsewhere.

Scripture teaches us that when we do good things without announcement or in a hastily desire for credit — in due time we’ll receive adequate reward; either by the decrease of karmic debt, or as a fruitful wonder falling from heaven. But there is an alchemy to Gods grace;  be faithful to the path, especially in the face of fear, and never expect the reward of your effort. So in other words — let the records be kept elsewhere.

So do something good for somebody today and don’t tell anybody. Don’t be purposely secretive either; be indifferent. And if it’s necessary, everybody will learn of how generous you are.

•Leave some cash in an unmarked envelope on the desk of that coworker whose challenge is overwhelming.

•At the restaurant, buy somebody’s dinner and remain anonymous.

•Leave an affirming note of support on somebody’s window shield.

Don’t let the good work be planned. Walk in faith, in goodness, in spontaneity and most importantly — with spiritual indifference. Because when you faithfully work in humble silence

•when nobody thanks you.

•when you don’t get any credit.

•when you’re not seeking acknowledgment.

You’re sowing the seeds of goodness that are matter of factually going to bring the fruits of great things to everyone’s life.
